No Refund Policy for Artwork

Thank you for your interest in our handcrafted marble and ceramic sculptures. Each piece is a unique work of art, created with meticulous care and shipped directly from Italy. Due to the delicate nature of these artworks and the complexities involved in international shipping, we maintain the following policy:

All Sales Are Final – No Refunds

• No Refunds or Returns: We do not offer refunds or accept returns under any circumstances once an order is placed and payment is received.

• Delicate Materials: Our sculptures are made from high-quality, fragile materials such as marble and ceramic. Due to their inherent delicacy, handling and transportation require special care, and as such, we cannot guarantee suitability for return shipping.

• Custom and Handcrafted Nature: Each item is handcrafted and may include natural variations in color, texture, or form. These are not considered defects but rather characteristics of authentic, handmade art.

• Shipping & Handling: All sculptures are professionally packed to minimize the risk of damage during transit. We work with experienced international art shippers and take every precaution to ensure safe delivery. However, we are not responsible for damages incurred during shipment.

• Shipping Insurance: Buyers are strongly encouraged to purchase shipping insurance to cover potential damage or loss during transit. If insurance is declined, the buyer assumes all risk once the artwork leaves our facility.
